Knee in SAC compressor

I would like to ask a question.
Don't you miss a knee control on the SAC Chanel strip compressor?

In general no, not really.
However, if you feel the need there are any number of VST compressors that will give you that control for those instances where you want that control.
It is definitely not needed everywhere you would want to use a compressor and the built in channel compressors are very capable and more importantly very transparent (so they sound great in a mix)
