I recently asked the same question, and someone told me it was. I ended up not buying the PreSonus and bought two extenders for my Mackie MCU. But I remember someone telling me they'd tried it and it worked.

Hey Andrew,

there is no way to know for sure how much functionality will work without actually having the hardware to test.

If you are purchasing new, then just make sure to buy from a location with a known good return policy. Then you can try and see for yourself.
