"In SAW Studio V2 DEMO, when I enable SAC-Link, I can***8217;t import my custom settings into SAC 64. Is this a limitation of the demo version, or am I missing something in the setup?"
Re: SAC-Link
The message is garbled... I dont understand what you are asking... but realize with Windows 10 or 11, you must set the desktop link properties to run as admin or the link fails due to Windows security restrictions... both SAC and SAWStudio must be set to run as admin.

I`m testing SAW Studio V2 DEMO together with SAC 64. When I enable SAC-Link, I can`t import my custom settings into SAC 64.Is this a restriction of the demo version, or could I be missing a step in the configuration?Bob L wrote:The message is garbled... Any advice or clarification would be greatly appreciated.
Yes, I enable it as administrator
Thank you!
Re: SAC-Link
It should work in the demos... make sure to have a session loaded with active region data on the SAWStudio tracks... then use the Export Data into SAC option in the SAWStudio SAC-Link options.

yes, thanks, it works, but is it not possible without an active region?Bob L wrote:It should work in the demos... make sure to have a session loaded with active region data on the SAWStudio tracks... then use the Export Data into SAC option in the SAWStudio SAC-Link options.

Re: SAC-Link
It only transfers data on tracks with active regions.... you can use Blank regions on empty tracks if you need to.
