Time to let it go!

Post by HapHazzard »

Howdy all,

My Tinnitus and hearing lose is getting to the point where it has made it hard to even listen to anything.
This is sad but I knew this would come about.(local live sound since1970)

1. 2 - RME Audio HDSP9652 PCI cards
2. 4 - Behringer ADA8200
3. 4 -
Aphex 188 8ch Microphone Preamp (Network preamps)
4. 1 - Whirlwind 24 channel splitter with iso transformers.
5. 2 - Rack mounted PC XP16 bit i5 ASUS mb PCI slots. (never made it to the road)

Lots of other pro audio stuff. Fader packs, mics, New Bose system and etc.

PM me with any questions and offers.

Thank you everyone. It was a fun run!

Sorry to hear (ha, ha) about your tinnitus, Hap. That sucks. Sounds like you have a good attitude, though. Hang tough, my man.

Now all I can hear now is a Mexican brass section playing "The Hills Are Alive with the Sound of Music." Complete with wide vibrato, tape warble and way out of tune. It must be the price you pay for working clubs and local bands. No regrets!

All that stuff means is you don't have to buy as many plug-ins to get those effects. Or pay for mariachis. Or Julie Andrews. ;)

Here's a link to a PDF file of most of the equipment for sale.
Still got to get down the shop and dig around.

Here's a YouTube video about the Aphex 188 preamps.
One of the most under-rated interfaces out there!
