SAC Solo functions

Post by chuckc »

I have a question about the solo function of SAC. On every console I have ever worked with, when something is NOT solo'd, you hear the master L/R output. With SAC, I hear nothing. Am I doing something wrong? Is there another setup item that I have forgotten to do with SAC to hear the Master L/R output when something is not solo'd? I'm just askin' or is it something I don't understand?

thanks!

There are many variations on where you hear the solos and what audio it interrupts or doesn't... check the helpfile... it is explained in detail in the menu reference guide section of the Mixer menu.

Thank You for your replies and thank You Bob for having me re-read that part of the Help file. I'm still trying to wrap my head around this, but then again, I'm probably over complicating it. I got the action I was looking for.

Thank You very much!
