I have just completed a text on the use of a menu-driven environment for 1) the creation of, 2) the backup of, and 3) the restoration of SAW/SAC Session and environment data.
- [Click_Me]
The procedure begins with what is referred to as an "Initial" configuration. From this "Initial" configuration - other configurations can then be developed, with each configuration being stored in its own "Session" folder.
Once created and backed-up, it would then be possible to completely restore a given configuration - including F-Key views, Mix Templates and application preferences. All that is required is the name of the Session folder wherein the data is stored.
Of particular interest to me, with this configuration, it is possible to create two "separate-and-distinct-environments" - one that does not employ the use of Midi WorkShop, and one that does employ the use of Midi WorkShop.
If this is something that you might be interested in - then please let me know. All that I ask is a "cup of coffee" - or two, for my efforts.
Thank you for your time.
