It seems to crash Saw64 for me.....Maybe I'm doing something wrong..
Saw64, SAC64 DP, Live, Cubase, Logic Pro and LUNA

No problems with me so far.
I did loose the mouse but still had the touch screen.
I've had other issues even when using the default shade so I'm assuming your shade is OK.
Good for dark control rooms.
